CHALLENGING THEOLOGICAL TEACHING and PASSIONATE, SPIRIT-LED WORSHIP
with REV CHRIS PEMBERTON who was the vicar of St Mary Bredin in Canterbury until 2009, at which point he began working as the New Wine Training Director.
He is also part of the New Wine leadership team and teaches Leadership & Ministry for Westminster Theological Centre.
Before being ordained in 1984, Chris worked in marketing for Dunlop in London. He also served as a chaplain at Oxford University whilst teaching part time at Wycliffe Hall an Anglican theological college.
The Westminster Theological Centre Lake District Hub is hosting our annual Kingdom Theology Taster Day: a chance to experience first-hand the practically-focused Spirit-empowered theology teaching currently being undertaken part-time by over 200 students from across the British Isles.
The courses are for any Christian person, from any walk of life, seeking to deepen their understanding and experience of God and His purposes, wanting to be better equipped for service in His Kingdom.
The programme for the day is as follows:

10.30am Teaching session 1

11.50am Teaching session 2
1pm Light lunch
1.45pm Worship, Course Introduction, Q&A with current students
2.45pm Teaching session 3
