Our next forum will be on 18 October at 6pm in the Friernds Meeting House Stramongate, Kendal, LA9 4BH. Two of our members will be leading the evening in what will be a very worthwhile discussion. We would like to encourage all members to attend and to bring along someone else who might be interested in positive interfaith dialogue. Please can you let me know if you can come and if you are abale to bring someone new to the meeting. The meeting will be on the following theme:
Why Should We Talk to Them?
What is the point of Interfaith Dialogue and why should we become involved? Why is it important to extend our knowledge of other faiths? What can we hope to achieve?
Liz & David will introduce and lead a discussion on this key topic.
In addition the dates for next year have now been arranged, please make a note of the following for 2012:
