The roles which we are looking for people to volunteer for are:

• General stewarding – maintaining emergency exit accessibility at all times and maintaining  movement through busy corridors and access routes
• Checking tickets for ticketed activities
• Directing people along the routes to the different venues
• General stewarding around the market area and toilets (may include some queue management if needed).

All these volunteering activities can be for as short a period or as long as you wish to offer. Ideally we are looking for lots of people to volunteer for hourly intervals; and as they say ’many hands make light work’, so that no one has to do long stints of volunteering.

There are no special skills required, although it does generally mean that you will be standing for a period of an hour at a time.
