In a recent questionnaire of where people turn to in times of debt crisis, the number one answer was ‘The Family Doctor’. The Church did not even feature on the list of possible answers.
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce Christian Debt Line. We are a registered charity offering FREE debt solutions in partnership with local churches.
Every day there are 9,500 people in the UK seeking help with debt. Issues caused by debt include distress and family breakdown; there are families in every street who do not know where to turn.
